Landscape reading is NOT ONLY walking or cycling into nature, or food & wine tasting:
it means lingering on hills or mountains morphologies, geological landscapes, traditional agricultural systems, small rural architecture, edible and medicinal wild plants, wild and domestic animals and everything that composes the physical landscape and the soul's landscape . We will notice the relationships that these landscape features have among each other and with inhabitants’ culture, memory and experience.
