We will explore a land that was inhabited by the Sabini, the people of the pre-Roman city of Cures, then by the Romans, after which it eventually became the domain of the medieval Farfa Abbey. You will see the true heart of the Sabina EVO Oil Mediterranean landscape, whose millenary history has traversed all human events and yet today it shows itself to our eyes, in a quite recognizable way.
